This documentation should help you to configure the SCITAS clusters as parallel cluster in your local installation of MATLAB.

This should work with MATLAB >= 2019b.

So first install MATLAB 2019b from distrilog. You will need to install two addons:

  • Parallel Computing Toolbox

  • Parallel Computing Toolbox plugin for MATLAB Parallel Server with Slurm

Once this is installed in the "Parallel" > "Create and Manage Clusters..." dialog window, import the configurations SCITAS cluster: fidis (R2019b).mlsettingsSCITAS cluster: helvetios (R2019b).mlsettings
